I am the founder and CEO of Rent on Time and I am committed to creating strong business growth for our customers. Previously, I was Business Development Director at Towergate Partnership and Sales & Marketing Director of Towergate's subsidiary Paymentshield. I have over 25 years of management experience within the retail financial services and residential property investment market, overseeing growth and acquisitions across several companies.

Mike Murray

Credit Controller

I have worked at Rent on Time since October 2015. I spend a large amount of my day on arrears management, assisting tenants pay off arrears in manageable payments plans. I oversee managing a large portfolio of housing benefit clients through our business. This is a niche part of the Rent On Time business, however, my history is working within the largest housing association in the UK. This experience allows me to have a great deal of knowledge and real passion for the role. My key strengths are building the customer relationships. My clients can talk to me about anything relating to this to help them manage their portfolios, I also specialise in arrears management for Rent on Time. Prior to my role at Rent on Time I worked at Evolift as Business Development Manager.

Joanne Fellows

Claims Administrator

I worked within customer service for a major credit card company for two years before joining the Rent On Time team. I felt I needed more of a challenge and was keen to utilise my customer service skills within a different industry. My role began with legal claims administration and has since developed into reporting, providing essential updates and liaison between letting agents and our legal team to give our customers peace of mind. I’ve learnt a lot about the lettings industry during my time within the company so far and I’m keen to build on this.

Joanna Dickens

Head of Customer Development

I began my career in communications working for the mobile phone provider Orange but quickly moved into the Residential Lettings Sector in 2005 when I began working for Jordan's Residential Lettings as a Negotiator. Working within all areas of the lettings business, I was transferred to the Chester branch in 2007 as Branch Manager. I was successful in transforming the business and increasing the overall performance.

The Jordan's Chester office was purchased and re-branded with me project managing the transformation of the business into Jordan & Halstead, overseeing the migration of customers, staff and systems. I also worked on the transfer of property portfolios from other letting agency acquisitions. Tasked with running the business I was accountable for all areas including finance, management and business development.

In early 2009 I was selected to lead the development of a new business from product planning to inception. I conceptualized and launched ‘Rent on Time’ into the marketplace. The product was launched within 2 months and I also worked closely with the Sales Director to launch Rent on Time's letting agent and financial intermediary propositions.

Kayleigh Richards

Rent on Time Senior Customer Advisor

I've worked with Let Alliance for over 2 years, starting a as a member of the referencing team then moving into administration where I worked my way up to a senior administrator with a team of 8. I've transformed the administration processes with great success whilst collaborating with our other teams including rent guarantee and claims. I was given the opportunity to work with the senior management team and project manage the Rent on Time acquisition. It's a learning curve that I don't expect will end as I learn something new every day.

With the help of my ARLA qualification, and Accounting Diploma I plan to continue developing our fantastic product and determined team to the highest standards, whilst ensuring our customers are our number one priority.

I have worked in finance for 6 years and in that time I have developed my knowledge through on the job training and becoming AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified.

I joined the Let Alliance Finance team in August 2015 and am looking forward to a bright future with the company and the great opportunities for ongoing personal development.

Katie Simpson

Finance Assistant

After working in retail in Afghanistan for over two years, I decided to change my career path. I completed my level 2 Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) level 2 course whilst working for the NHS for a year. Both of these roles have helped me to develop unique skills which I now bring to the Let Alliance team. This is a very exciting opportunity for me to use my qualifications and develop my skills in the finance sector.

I started working for Let Alliance in February 2016 in my role as referencing administrator. Having worked in customer services roles throughout my working career I find job satisfaction in helping others.
